⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall, I had a very good experience at The Facial Lounge. The space is super clean, peaceful, and has a great ambiance. I was initially drawn in by a Facebook promo for the OxyGeneo treatment, which was incredibly relaxing, gentle, and non-invasive.The highlight of my visit was the esthetician. She was amazing—gentle, personable, and truly the best part of the experience. She is honestly the only reason I decided to rebook and buy another treatment at full price, even though I could easily go elsewhere given how many spas are around.My main critique is about their business policy regarding promotions. It doesn't make sense to use marketing to attract new clients, only to tell them they can't get a discount on future visits unless they buy a full package upfront or sign up for financing right away. When a promo successfully brings someone in who is willing to show loyalty and return, honoring a reasonable discount per session would go a long way in keeping them coming back.To be clear, the esthetician was just the messenger and handled it very gently—this is purely feedback on management’s package-only pricing setup.

Amazing experience. My facial was done by Brianna. She was so kind and took me through everything step by step. My skin felt much more moisturized and hydrated after the facial, which was the intention to get the service in the first place. Highly recommended.

I completed a few treatments with Svetlana and was very impressed and happy with the overall skin results and treatment. She was warm welcoming and pleasant at every session. She has great knowledge about the products and skin. Will surely recommend this place and working with her

Really enjoyed my Dome facial with Betty! My skin felt so hydrated and soft. She was very attentive and great at recommending which ingredients I should use or avoid for my sensitive skin and concerns. Looking forward to using the skin soothing spray daily.

I just finished my korean glass facial with Abby and she is one of the best estheticians I've ever had. I've been to many spas and I definitely believe I will be returning again. She did a thorough 3D skin analysis before AND after and clearly discussed treatment options and product recommendations. If you want to glow and laugh, definitely choose Abby for all your treatments.
